Avora Fine Jewelry Policies

We believe in clear, simple policies so you always know what to expect when you shop with Avora. Below is an overview of how we handle production, cancellations, returns, exchanges, and repair services.

Order & Production

  • All Avora pieces are made to order. Production time is 2–6 business days.
  • Cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of placing your order. Once production begins, cancellations are no longer possible.
  • We do not offer rush production at this time.

Returns & Exchanges

Different product types follow different guidelines. Please review the section that applies to your item.

Necklaces, Bracelets & Non-Custom Rings

  • Return/Exchange Window: Within 14 days of delivery.
  • Condition: Item must be unused with all original tags attached.
  • Restocking Fee: Items with removed or missing tags may incur a 15–25% restocking fee.
  • Return Shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping. A return label may be purchased from us for $12–$20 depending on order and location.

Wedding Bands

  • Return/Exchange Window: Within 14 days of delivery.
  • Engraved Bands: If returned or exchanged, a $50 engraving removal fee applies.
  • Tag Policy: Tags must remain attached. Bands with removed tags may incur a 15–25% restocking fee.

Piercings, Earrings & Body Jewelry (Hygiene Policy)

For hygiene and safety reasons:

  • All piercings, earrings, and body jewelry are final sale.
  • No returns or exchanges are accepted on these items.

Custom & Final Sale Jewelry

Custom items include, but are not limited to:

  • Name jewelry
  • Birthstone pieces
  • Any item customized by length, closure type, or width

These items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. Final sale or heavily discounted items are also not eligible for return or exchange.

Defective or Problem Orders

  • If you believe there is an issue with your order, contact us immediately at info@avorafinejewelry.com.
  • Please do not remove any tags before contacting us.
  • Items reported after tags are removed will not be considered defective or eligible for exchange or refund.

Repairs & Services

We offer limited repair services for Avora pieces:

  • Closure repairs: $45–$65 (depends on closure type and size).
  • Ring resizing: $45–$65.
  • Broken chains: $100–$200.
